Leslie (Les) Murphy

Les has over thirty years of experience in the IT software industry, and has focused exclusively on application performance since 1999. Early in his career, Les co-founded a company focused on application development productivity, and for the last 9 years has been responsible for the Vantage service delivery management products at Compuware, Indicative Software (now part of Nimsoft), and Shunra Software. Les served as CTO at all three companies. Les has a long and sustained history of making technology work for users. Les has unmatched passion, energy and knowledge to solve tough problems, and is always trying to help IT improve their capabilities to more effectively deliver applications to users. Over the last three years, Les has worked with numerous customers to help them identify performance issues and resolve problems.

Joonyoul (Joon) Choi

Joon has more than ten years of experience designing and developing commercially successful software products for capacity planning, system management, network application performance modeling, analysis, and troubleshooting at Compuware and CACI.

Joon has extensive expertise in areas of database performance, virtualization, and network performance. Joon is an expert in network analysis and the interaction between the network and applications. Recently he has helped several customers resolve thorny database issues, resulting in a 10x improvement in application performance.
